‘Sainik Public School’ is managed by a Trust consisting of retired Defence personnel of Malappuram District. It is run on ‘no-profit’ basis. It is the only School of its kind in Kerala.
During their long service career, the Defence Veterans acquire not only their professional skill but also various personality traits such as a true secularism, national spirit, obedience, punctuality, willingness to sacrifice anything to achieve national interest etc. An attempt is being made to inculcate these noble qualities in the youth while progressing their formal academic curriculum. We also encourage the youth to join the Armed Forces.
By running this unaided school, the retired Defence personnel are trying to give something back to the society in general and the youth in particular for all that they received and continue to receive from the Nation.
We have a long way to go and efforts will continue to make the institution one of the best learning centres in our locality. We have great responsibility to mould our children with all possible skills. They are the pillars of our great nation. With every one’s support, we can attain the cherished goals.
Efforts are on to raise the School to +2 level for which more infrastructure and laboratories are needed. Despite our financial constraints, we are confident that our dream will be realised with the support of our well-wishers, parents, Ex-service men brothers and alumni fraternity of this school.
